The victims existence in the court is downplayed and the focus is mostly on the defendant and the outcome of the case. This right sometimes is violated and it makes the individuals feel that they are not being treated fairly. There are many states in the United States that have passed laws and have created constitutional amendments to ensure the protection of the victims rights. Victims try to assert their rights in courts and have been turn down and not allowed to enhance their rights. Is there ever a circumstance in which you feel vengeance is appropriate, even when it means breaking a law? Vengeance can be done in many ways and sometimes breaking the law is necessary.
